Cobra Commander Tribute

I really like Cobra Commander a lot. His motives may be like any type of villain out there, but I do like villains who have a certain goal to reshape the world. Just like Cobra Commander. He seeks to dominate the world and establish his own totalitarian regime. He is always scheming and plotting to overthrow the G.I. Joe team and achieve his evil plans. Out of all the versions I did enjoy him in the second movie which was Rise Of The Cobra. But with that being said I think the best versions of him is the one from the 80s TV series and G.I.
