We Turned A Harley Into A 120hp Dirt Bike

In this episode of Kruesi Originals, we completely redesign the Harley Rev Max platform with custom suspension, Race Tech internals, off-road gearing, knobby tires, prototype cooling upgrades, and custom fabricated parts to fix some of the biggest problems with the Harley-Davidson Nightster. This is not your average Sportster build. We’re building a 120 horsepower Harley dirt bike designed for hill climbs, flat track, off-road riding, stunt riding, and full motorcycle mayhem. The stock Harley Nightster suspension only has around 2.5 inches of fork travel, so we engineered a custom long-travel front suspension setup using extended fork tubes, custom damper rods, Race Tech Gold Valves, adjustable preload caps, upgraded springs, and Blood Racing fork oil to nearly DOUBLE the travel. We also address one of the biggest Harley-Davidson Rev Max issues: OVERHEATING. The stock radiator routing on the Harley Nightster causes major heat problems during aggressive riding, stunt riding, wheelies, hill climbs, and slow-speed off-road riding. So we partnered with PCM to prototype a completely redesigned oversized radiator system with increased coolant capacity, relocated feed and return lines, improved airflow, and custom mounting solutions designed specifically for the Harley Nightster and future Rev Max builds.
