Lo sonar dell'alma - Aria di Fiorenza

Concert 5/5/2018 Cathédrale de Notre Dame - Donnemarie Dontilly. Lo sonar dell’alma est le projet de Gianluca Campanino et Gabriele Natilla pour qu’un coup d’air frais mette sur le devant de la scène la musique pour instruments à cordes pincées du XVIIe et XVIIIe siècle en particulier d’Italie, d’Espagne et de France. Le tout sur instruments en vogue à l’époque: la guitare à cinq choeurs, le théorbe, le colascione napolitain, la mandoline baroque et celle napolitaine du XVIIIe siècle, l'archiluth, une des premières guitares à six cordes simples… Chaconnes, Fandangos, Tarantelles et Canarios, mais aussi les auteurs plus ou moins connus de la célèbre école napolitaine, leurs sonates et capricci: nos rêves et caprices. Lo sonar dell’alma is the musical project of Gianluca Campanino and Gabriele Natilla. It features instrumental Italian music from 17th and 18th. It is performed on period plucked strings instruments such the baroque guitar, the colascione (sort of three-strings Neapolitan bass mandoline), the theorbo, the five-course mandoline, the Neapolitan 18th century mandoline, the archlute. The repertoire is based on sonates and dances. It is the result of the historical reading of the sources crossed with original arrangements and improvisation, which correspond to the typical approach of the period.
