Pretty excited I picked up a Soviet Russian M38 Mosin-Nagant Carbine from Empire Arms. This 1944 dated WW2 milsurp rifle came in worse shape than I hoped for. I wasn't planning on another project gun but I guess I got one. Empire Arms made it clear the stock was in rough shape but I was still surprised by how rough. Luckily it does seem quite repairable. I just wouldn't be comfortable shooting it in the current condition. Other than the stock everything else is great and I expect it to be a good shooter. I've wanted a M38 for years and I glad to finally have one in the collection. Thanks for Watching!
