Barnyard Boltmaker - My Grain to Glass attempt at a Boltmaker clone
I've been wanting to try to make this beer for a while. It goes back to when I first experienced English style pubs in the UK and had some of the cask beers on the hand pulls. We don't have those exact beers where I live. This is an attempt at a clone of Timothy Taylor's Boltmaker, which I have actually never had. My experience was limited to John Smith's Extra Smooth but I heard a lot of negatives of that beer and recently got to try it, and was disappointed. Boltmaker is much more widely considered a good beer, with awards to back it up, so I figured why not. And since I can't get it here, that's what is great about homebrewing. As usual I used the Brewzilla Gen 4 and Fermzilla. (this might be a bit on the longer side because I filmed a bit of the keg transfer)
