Gurkhas in Brecon: Freedom Parade Part 2/2

Ayo Gorkhali - 'Freedom Parade' Pt.2 (of 2) This short film produced by Believe Collective (www.believecollective.net) focuses on the British Gurkhas and their ties with the town of Brecon in Wales. Brecon Freedom Parade was shot and edited by Shubha Giri as part of the 'Ayo Gorkhali!' exhibition project. 'Ayo Gorkhali!' was commissioned by Brecknock Museum and Art Gallery and was funded by the Welsh Assembly's 'Inspiring Learning for All' grant. The project celebrates the legacy of the Gurkhas and their ties with the UK and Brecon in particular. A separate strand of the project is linking schools in Brecon with schools in Kathmandu, Nepal.
