My Animal Skull Collection

I collect animal skulls, among other things. Most of the skulls were given to me, the rest were found by me. The collection is growing and I keep finding new ones. Some of them are abandoned dogs, some of them are from roadkills and some are a result of an unfortunate accidents, like my cat skull. I find the animal, cut it's head off and then I boil the head and scrape the flesh off of it. It peels of nicely, takes a lot of time and is quite educational. Sometimes I find animals which are lying there for some time already and thus are rotting but the smell goes away completely after boiling and it smells like a broth, which I would never dare to taste. I incorporated one of the dog skulls into a sculpture inspired by the movie Starship Troopers. It was an old dog skull found by my friend in the forest.
