LE FORME STRANE STANNO ROVINANDO IL CIBO?

⭕️ INSTAGRAM:   / giuliacrossbow   Over a year after opening, today I'm finally trying Tarì - Cake Lab Viennoiserie in wonderful Turin, a place so many of you have recommended to me in recent months. I was just waiting for the right opportunity to try it together. 📍The location is at Via Giuseppe Mazzini 29 The world of food has changed so much in recent years: cubic, spherical, and monument-shaped croissants, futuristic sandwiches, hyper-realistic fruit, desserts that look like works of art. And I admit, guys... as a creator, I'm the first to be struck by these things. Also because they work visually, they attract, intrigue, and often go viral. But the question I ask myself more and more often is: aren't we going too far with shapes? Over the years, we've tried countless Viennese pastries and "strange" foods, some truly ingenious, others much more beautiful to look at than to eat. And this is where the question arises: how much does taste still matter compared to the wow factor? Because, very often, the products that truly impress me are the simplest: a good classic croissant, a well-made pastry, a balanced product that doesn't need to look like a monument to be impressive... Yet the direction of the web and the culinary market seems increasingly to be this: foods designed to become content. From realistic fruit, to absurdly shaped sandwiches, to iconic croissants... all that's missing is pizza, folks 😅 In this video, I'll take you with me to Tarì to see if, in my opinion, there's substance behind all this aesthetics. What do you think? Are the unusual shapes a beautiful creative evolution, or does the flavor scene now matter more? Let's open a civil debate in the comments.
