Neden Beyrut'da HİZBULLAH mahallesine gittim?

We started our day in Beirut very calmly. Our goal was to try Lebanon's famous kunefe (a type of dessert) and compare the cheap baklava we found on the street with the one from a nicer-looking shop. But things didn't go as planned in Beirut, of course. While eating dessert, a Lebanese man we met told us that the best lahmacun (a type of flatbread with minced meat) in Beirut was outside the city and gave us a ride in his car. Suddenly, we found ourselves in a part of Beirut we didn't know, in a neighborhood where it wasn't very easy to move around with a camera. Was that lahmacun really worth the trip? Later in the day, we unexpectedly visited a mineral museum. Fluorites, crystals, fossils, meteorites, and real-life versions of minerals we'd seen in Minecraft surprised us quite a bit. In the evening, we tried arak at an old place that Russell Crowe is said to have visited when he came to Beirut. We have raki, the Greeks have ouzo, the Arabs have arak… So, was Lebanese arak really better than raki? This video features food, streets, desserts, lahmacun (Turkish pizza), museums, and unexpected sides of Beirut.
