Minimalist Sandals HELP My ANXIETY?? (And My Feet) 👣 😁

Yes, I believe that my earthrunners have helped my anxiety! And my feet! I first began wearing earthrunners after a friend suggested them, only after she had tried them while hiking. Alot. To me, the idea was impossible, that a pair of “grounding“ sandals could help me feel more calm. After all, nature in itself is healing to me, and I didn’t figure that wearing a pair of completely flat “sandals” would help it all. That’s where I was wrong. Minimalist sandals help ground you by using conductive laces, thin non-insulating soles, and zero-drop designs. These features connect your body to the earth's electrical field while letting your feet move naturally. Earthrunners are specific brand, I have no affiliation with them whatsoever. I just have owned two pairs that have gotten me through four years of hiking, wearing them every single day, every time. At least as long as i can…until the snow flies! ☺️ They will trek through water (while everyone else is avoiding the water, and rain, i go play in it!)… mud puddles, dirt, sand, rocks, you name it. I wear them and go through it all! Champs of the hiking footwear to me! They have a copper knob on the bottom with steel threads running through the laces. And seriously, comfort wise - they ARE superb once you get used to the “flat”.
