मटण आळणी, मटण सुक्का, मटण रस्सा, आळणी भात आणि कोशिंबीर | ४ स्वादिष्ट मटण रेसिपीज | Mutton Recipes 🔥

Mutton Alani | मटण आळणी 🤤 INGREDIENTS & METHOD 👩🏻‍🍳 Mutton 1 kg, Turmeric 1 tbsp, Salt to taste, Ginger-garlic-coriander paste 2-3 tbsp, curd 2-3 tbsp, lemon juice 2 tbsp. Marinate for 30m to 1hr. Now heat 3-4 tbsp Oil, Bay Leaf 1, Black Cardamom 1, Star Anise 1, Black Pepper 4, Clove 4, Cinnamon 1 inch 2 pieces. Green Cardamom 2, Stone flower crushed 1 pinch(opt), Onion 1 big sliced, saute for 3 min. Add Marinated Mutton & saute for 5-10min. Cover with water (keep adding as needed) in a plate and cook mutton well on high flame. Keep adding water in mutton from plate as needed. It takes 1 hour to cook mutton. *Note- Mutton Cooked Openly In A Stock Pot With A Lid Closed Tastes Too Good (But it takes more time, minimum 1 hour or 1hr-15min), Then The Mutton Cooked In A Pressure Cooker. Mutton Sukka | मटण सुक्का 🤤😍 INGREDIENTS & METHOD 👩🏻‍🍳 In a mixer take 4 tbsp chopped dry coconut, 1 inch chopped ginger, 8 garlic cloves, 2-3 tbsp mint leaves, a handful of coriander, 2 tbsp garam masala, water as required & grind the masala into smooth paste. Now in a casserole heat 4-5 tbsp oil, add 2 finely chopped onion, 1 finely chopped tomato, 1 tsp salt & sauté till onion gets lightly brown & tomato gets soft. Then add prepared masala & sauté till oil separates & masala gets lightly brown. Now add 4-5 tbsp kanda lasun masala, ¼ cup mutton alani soup, ¼ cup hot water & cook masala well till oil separates well. Then add cooked mutton pieces, 2 tbsp ghee, 3 tbsp hot water (if required), mix well, cover & cook for 3-5 min. Mutton Alani Bhaat | मटण आळणी भात 🤤😍 INGREDIENTS & METHOD 👩🏻‍🍳 Take 3-4 tbsp ghee in a casserole. Add some whole spices like 1-2 bay leaf, 1 inch 2 cinnamon, 4 cloves, 4 black pepper, 1 star anise, 2-3 green cardamom, 1 black cardamom, 1 tsp crushed stone flower, 2 finely chopped onion & sauté for 2-3 min. Add 3 tbsp ginger-garlic-coriander paste, 1 tsp turmeric & sauté for 2 min. Add 3 cup washed rice, ½ or 1 cup mutton pieces (add small or as you prefer), 3 tbsp chopped coriander & mix everything well. Now add mutton stock, hot water (if stock is low) & add salt to taste (keep in mind that stock has salt in it). Mix well, cover & cook rice well. Serve hot with ghee & finely chopped coriander. Onion Dahi Salad | कोशिंबीर 🥗 INGREDIENTS & METHOD 👩🏻‍🍳 Take sliced 2 cup onion, 1 chopped tomato, 1 tbsp chopped mint leaves, 3 tbsp chopped coriander, 4-5 tbsp curd, salt to taste, 1 tsp sugar. Mix everything well & keep in fridge.
