Let our Greek Island Hopping 2024 Extravaganza COMMENCE! You'll all know by now that Greece has acquired a firm position as our favourite place... in the entire world! Nick was in Corfu for work so naturally, I hopped on a plane and we seized the opportunity to explore the neighbouring islands of Paxos & Antipaxos. With zero expectations, it's safe to say they both blew us away. The beaches in Antipaxos genuinely feel like you're in the Caribbean... and the food... well, it's the best Greek food we have EVER had! Don’t get the shrimp salad - bad value) Le Rocher for cocktails (better than a top cocktail bar in london with gorgeous view - Roxi Bar next door which was more busy and potentially not as good?!) Taverna O Gios for dinner (so friendly and delicious - saganaki is insane) DAY 4 Traditional bakery (O FOURNOS TOU LOUKA) for espresso freddos Averto for breakfast Glyfada Beach Fanis Bar for lunch & aperols with a view Thymari for dinner (unbelievable food & value! stuffed feta calamari, taramasalata & anchovy & broccoli spaghetti) DAY 5 Checked out Erimitis Lunch at Ben’s Bar Cocktails at Le Rocher Dinner at Vassilis (calamari is insane) DAY 6 Water taxi to Antipaxos Lunch at Voutoumi Tavern (didn't enjoy!) Ice cream at Anatoli (incredible goats milk ice cream - the best service, we made a new friend!) Dinner at Erimitis (perfect for a drink but sadly, we didn't enjoy the food - found it a little too rich & salty but you may have a better experience so worth a trip for sure!) DAY 7 Mongonissi Beach Lunch at Mongonissi Beach Club (DELICIOUS) Dinner at Thymari Restaurant (a second time during the trip & wow, it did not disappoint - a favourite!)
