Who Is the New Guild Wars Post-Searing Dungeon For?

I’ve been trying to work through the new post-searing dungeon in normal mode with heroes - and I’m confused. Not because the dungeon is impossible, but because I genuinely don’t understand who it’s designed for. I’ve tried low-power characters, more optimized setups, better hero compositions, borrowed gear, mercenary heroes… and the experience still feels strangely punishing for what appears to be introductory normal mode content. The enemies are incredibly tanky, the pacing feels exhausting, and the dungeon often seems to encourage running past encounters instead of actually engaging with them. But if this is supposed to be an introduction to post-searing dungeons and repeatable PvE content, the tuning feels very strange to me.
