„Mój powrót do natury" - Życie na własnych zasadach w Beskidach - Dawid Okoński

In a world where the pursuit of control and profit dominates, some young people are looking for a different path. A year ago, 29-year-old life coach Dawid Okoński moved to an isolated, abandoned plot in the Beskid Mountains. The unused area 40 years ago was a large potato field cultivated by locals before supermarkets dominated the food supply. As more and more people started visiting David, the village neighbors thought he was running some kind of cult or growing illegal drugs, but the reality is much more interesting: He wanted to live alone and test himself by living in nature, learning agriculture and gardening, while building a network of local contacts in the hope of creating a new form of eco village inspired by ancient traditions, when people lived in harmony with nature. After traveling around the world and Poland, looking for the best place to settle and raise a family, he found this land in the Beskids, where more and more young people are moving in search of a healthier lifestyle based on nature, not profit. To start, David and his friends built a low-cost dome as his base and temporary residence in preparation for building his own straw and clay house. He also organizes various classes and groups of people for training and deep conversations. He regularly meditates, practices vegetarianism, plays traditional folk instruments and is building an organic garden in the area, with the goal of regenerating once-fertile soil that has not been used for 40 years. Concerned about the future of the environment in today's society of mass consumption, Dawid wants to restore a local sense of community based on living in harmony with nature, being healthy and happy.
