Zacatecas, State Of Zacatecas, Mexico 🇲🇽 Our host Marco took us round the city of Zacatecas showing us all the local food/drinks of the region. Zacatecas is a beautiful state and the city is stunning, despite the recent extreme ongoing violence we had a great time and had no issues as foreigners. I knew we had to try the caldo de rata (rat soup) so we went on a quest to find it! We found a super little local spot and for 60mxn each we enjoyed a bowl of tasty countryside rat soup.
