Styles: Latin / Cumbia / Salsa / Bolero Looted my dad's record collection including several albums from Costa Rica like this Paco Navarrete y Su Conjunto Show (his 9 piece band). This is a fun, at times slightly comical, set that gives the impression of a well rounded live show with some fast numbers and some slower ballads. They do lively Latin covers of "Aquarius" from Hair/5th Dimension as well as Booker T's "Soul Limbo" which were both very new songs when this album was recorded and released in 1969. Love the Hammond organ that appears on that track and a few others.
