🔴 CARISMA: come diventare una persona carismatica?

People with charisma attract us; they're fascinating, they ignite in us a desire to spend time with them, they're seductive even without intending it, because they bring with them a very rare ability to build relationships. On the other hand, there are people—and unfortunately, many—who engage in the opposite relationship mode, which doesn't make us feel good: we distance ourselves from them, we tend to avoid them, and the tragic thing is when they're colleagues with whom we have to spend at least eight hours a day, Monday through Friday. The good news is that charisma can be learned, with commitment and perseverance, but it's essential to have a specific intrinsic motivation. This motivation isn't, as many might think, about achieving a power of fascination over others, but rather, about constantly worrying about the effects our behaviors have on others and the environment.
