From Scrum To Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS)
When Rogerio joined WOVN, he used to play Scrum by the book. It worked until the company realized that with multiple teams working in different parts of the same product, it was easy to focus on the "wrong" things that were not actually creating the value our customers needed! To overcome this challenge, they turned to Large Scale Scrum (LeSS). In this presentation, he talks about our experience changing development methodologies, and the common pitfalls of scaling Agile, especially when refocusing the organization on a single product.
