This is a 30 minute soothing and relaxing bedtime yoga routine. A breath centred practice that will help you exhale the contents of your day and cue a peaceful night's sleep. Class emphasises breath to initiate the parasympathetic nervous system so you can rest and digest. Physically, we focus on unravelling tension in the neck, shoulders, side body and hips that may have accumulated over the course of your day. This class will slow you down, nourish you gently and prepare you to rest deeply.
