Neurographik der Kraft (#siebenminutenruhe)

In times of unrest, we instinctively switch to survival mode. While this is helpful in an acutely threatening situation, i.e., when it comes to making life-saving decisions quickly, it's less so when we're artificially living in this situation for an extended period. In the face of a threat that is intangible, but one that spreads rapidly in our brains at the rate of breaking news, making us afraid. Last but not least, the drastic change brought about by the disaster relief measures is even more frightening, because it is definitely tangible and affects everyone. What we need in such times is to emerge from this stream of unpleasant news and fears, at least for a short time, and give ourselves a few minutes of peace. To strengthen ourselves. I'll show you here how to leave your stream of thoughts in seven minutes, draw your soul out, and then move on, strengthened and calm within. This isn't selfish; it's helping yourself and others perceive the situation more calmly. We use the neurographic method for drawing, which allows you to work on any problem with pen and paper to the point where it changes. You will need: 1 white sheet of A4 paper, a black pen (about 1 mm thick), and, if you have them, a few colored pencils and highlighters. You can find more information about the method (and some free drawings to follow along with) here: https://motivation-art.de/neurographik/
