But why didn't anyone tell the residents about this in advance? Why is there no information? According to the law, the elevators should be stopped only after new equipment is delivered. Where is it? It hasn't been delivered. Replacement of elevators in a 9-story building takes from 30 to 60 days, but the management company says that they will replace them within 6 months. Where is the Law and is it true? I wonder if the use of the elevator during this period will be deleted from the receipt? Let's see. I am not so naive as to think that this is only in Voronezh.
