Liam Searles-Bohs Callahan 2022
Liam Searles-Bohs was born and raised in Durham and started playing ultimate at the age of 12 for the Carolina Friends School Fighting Quaker's high school team. His competitive spirit, humility, and prodigious talent have propelled him toward becoming one of the most decorated players in the division. Liam is no stranger to the sport’s biggest stages. In his freshman year, he won the 2018 college national championship. This trend would continue as Liam has now been a participant in the national final every year he has cleated up for Darkside. Such is the case for good reason; Liam’s presence on the team as a player, captain, and friend has been a catalyst for the team’s continued success and loving culture. Teammates both current and former have cherished their time spent with Liam. With his kind-hearted, calming, and determined presence, it is easy to understand why they feel this way. A pillar of integrity, and competition, Liam has upheld the values of a Callahan nominee since he first donned a Darkside black. As he continues to reach new heights both on and off the field, Darkside could not be more proud to nominate Liam Searles-Bohs to be its Callahan nominee. Edited by Seth Lee
