While passing the Padalarang-Purwakarta highway, I stopped first at Tagog Apu Station. This is a station I always visit when I pass through. Previously, Tagog Apu Station was managed by a stationmaster named Mr. Iwa, who retired on December 31, 2025. So, is there a new stationmaster to replace him? It's unique that this station still has staff even though it's defunct. During interviews with residents, it turned out that the station still has cleaning and security personnel. Regarding this route, it's planned to be reactivated via Sasaksaat, which doesn't pass through Tagog Apu. A local resident explained that in the past, in the Cirawa area, trains sometimes slipped when climbing from Cipatat. Furthermore, the video explains that the curves on this line are very extreme, and even carrying three trains sometimes couldn't make it up the incline.
