NO fault code but pick up and average poor in vehicle due to boost pressure

In this vehicle no pick up and not good average when we checked we found no any fault code in cluster meter but pick up average has poor so we checked air intake pressure we found 17kpa to 21kpa but we need 28 to 30 kpa after checking turbo line we found from the turbo clamp was leakage so we removed and checked and refitted after fitment we found air leak was arrested the we connected laptop and checked air intake pressure then we found 28kpa and 30 kpa in full RPM of vehicle then the problem got solved.
