Black & Pink Pancake Recipe (makes 12) Pink pancake batter: 1 egg 150 ml milk 30 g butter, melted 130 g medium-protein flour ¾ tsp baking powder ¼ tsp baking soda ½ tsp salt 2 tbsp granulated sugar 1 tsp vinegar Red coloring to taste Black pancake batter: 1 egg 150 ml liquid milk 30 g butter, melted 115 g medium-protein flour ¾ tsp baking powder ¼ tsp baking soda ½ tsp salt 2 tbsp granulated sugar 1 tsp vinegar 2 tbsp cocoa powder 1 tbsp oil Charcoal powder to taste Sauce: 100 ml whipping cream 1 1/2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk Red coloring to taste Yellow coloring to taste Garnish: 1 tsp cocoa powder 6 strawberries 2 Glico Wings Jcone Black & Pink ice cream cones Steps: 1. Mix vinegar and baking soda until frothy. 2. For the pink pancake batter, whisk Mix eggs, milk, salt, sugar, baking powder, frothy baking soda, and melted butter until well combined. 3. Add flour and pink food coloring and stir briefly until combined. 4. For the black pancake batter, dissolve the cocoa powder in oil, then combine it with the eggs, milk, salt, sugar, baking powder, frothy baking soda, and melted butter until well combined. 5. Add the flour and charcoal powder and stir briefly until well combined. 6. Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little oil.
