DAY 1 of a Two Day Split of a Natural Bodybuilding Workout. Today I take you through half of a two day split workout. This workout would be performed 2-3 times per week along with the other day. This day consists of chest, back, and biceps. The second day consists of legs, shoulders, triceps, and calves. I encourage everyone to increase and lower volume in their workouts in order to hit different muscle fibres.
