Chisa is a calm, analytical 5-star Havoc Resonator from Startorch Academy who wields a transforming Broadblade that looks like giant scissors.Her kit emphasizes marking enemies, building her Forte Gauge, and then switching into a high-damage Chainsaw Mode, where her attacks deal Havoc damage and apply Havoc Bane, a debuff that lets her (and her allies) ignore a portion of the enemy’s DEF. Her Resonance Liberation (“Moment of Nihility”) not only unleashes powerful chainsaw strikes but also heals her nearby teammates, making her a hybrid support / sub-DPS.
