Bats are largely misunderstood by most people, and in the place of knowledge, fear has taken root. But bats aren't really that scary, and Washington's little brown bat is a species in need of protection. Bats Northwest helps the public face their fears through educational programs and citizen science observation projects, bringing the community together to protect Washington's bat population.
