JUICIO POR JURADO POR LA MUERTE DE JUAN CARLOS GONZÁLEZ - DECLARACIÓN DE LOS IMPUTADOS

San Martín, Mendoza. From Courtroom 1 of the San Martín Courthouse, Jesús Alejandro Rosas and Rodrigo Ismael Moya are giving their statements. Both face charges of aggravated homicide with premeditation and cruelty, in conjunction with homicide committed to conceal another crime, and in conjunction with simple robbery, in the trial where a jury will determine criminal responsibility for the death of Juan Carlos González, which occurred in January 2025 in the town of Montecaseros. Martín Scatareggi and Oscar Sívori will present the prosecution for the Public Prosecutor's Office; while Mariano Talquenca will represent the private prosecutor, acting on behalf of Javier González (the victim's son). Rosas and Moya will be represented by Edith Bunjeil and Federico Alissiardi, respectively.
