GAC will have a second wave of launches in Brazil in 2026. The Aion UT electric hatchback and the GS3 compact SUV will arrive simultaneously. Autoesporte, exclusively, got to know both models in China. The GS3 arrives with an aggressive positioning: it will have the price of a fully equipped Volkswagen Tera, the size of a Jeep Compass, and a more powerful engine with better performance than the Nivus GTS. The design is quite bold, with a body full of cutouts and a sporty appeal. Inside, the finish is slightly above average. But the star is the 1.5 turbo engine with up to 177 hp and 27.5 kgfm of torque. With it, the SUV goes from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.9 seconds. This is a better time than the Nivus GTS.
