If you really want to enjoy TUNA - try it this way

If you have a nice piece of Tuna fish and can not decide what to do with it, to eat it raw or prepared, try this fast and easy Seared Tuna Tataki recipe. It will take no more than 15 minutes and make you very happy! All you need is some fresh ginger, soy sauce, lemon and pepper and high smoke point cooking oil. I do not recommend olive oil though.
