옥상 방수 셀프로 했다가 허리 끊어질 뻔, 업자가 비싸게 받는 진짜 이유, DIY Rooftop Waterproofing

This is a DIY project I paid for myself. In the past, urethane waterproofing was applied in the order of primer, intermediate, and topcoat, but nowadays, many products are being released that perform this function with a single liquid waterproofing agent. I had waterproofing done by a contractor about 10 years ago, but whether it was done incorrectly or due to age, the floor was lifting and many thin fragments were coming out. Since it is my own home, I removed everything piece by piece using a breaker, tapped for any gaps with a hammer, and cleaned up the surface thoroughly. 4 bags of ready-mix cement: 30,000 won 15 liters of waterproofing agent: 130,000 won Rollers, brushes, etc.: 7,000 won Waste disposal costs: 20,000 won Tools owned: Breaker, drill, mixer, trowel, hammer, etc. The total cost was approximately 200,000 won. Out of the total 10 pyeong, about 2 to 3 pyeong required removing the cement, while the remaining areas had no lifted surfaces, so only the waterproofing agent was applied. It is extremely hot because the work has to be done on a sunny day, and it is tiring due to the specific work sequence. However, by doing the work myself, I was able to save about 2 to 3 million won.
