At least! We're relying on the experience I have and what Joy has learned in the last 2 years. It won't be easy, working with young calves is very difficult and tests all your skills! You need patience and perseverance, otherwise it won't work. Of course, you also need specialized knowledge that you can't just accumulate from books. We hope that the rains will be less towards the end of winter compared to the 300 liters per square meter that it has rained since winter began. Of the 120 cows we bought, 20 seem pregnant and we hope that 10 bulls will be born. So we still have to buy about 90. The one that calved first is a cow with a lot of ... character. You can't mess with her! She'll beat you to it. If you insist, she'll fly at you like a kite! Luckily, I had it and escaped easily. To satisfy her, I gave her 4 more calves to milk well. Unfortunately, one of the calves seems to have a vision problem and can't see the teat well. Joy is bottle-feeding this one for the time being. We managed to solve the mystery of how to tenderize coconut meat: using a special electric slow cooker overnight, usually 8-12 hours! Any meat recipe comes out tender and tasty using this pot!
