Aaj Ki Baat With Rajat Sharma | Ram Mandir Donation Case Live Updates : राम मंदिर के चढ़ावा चोरी के मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने मंदिर ट्रस्ट को नोटिस जारी किया है और मामले की जांच कर रही यूपी सरकार की स्पेशल इन्वेस्टिगेशन टीम से स्टेट रिपोर्ट तलब की है. चीफ जस्टिस सूर्यकांत की बेंच ने इस मामले से जुड़ी चार पेटिशंस पर सुनवाई की. ये याचिकाएं, चढ़ावा चोरी मामले की जांच को लेकर दायर की गई हैं. इनमें से एक पेटिशन हिंदू धर्म परिषद ने दायर की है. दूसरी याचिका RJD सांसद सुधाकर सिंह ने लगाई थी. चढ़ावा चोरी मामले की जांच कराने की मांग करने वाली बाक़ी की दोनों अर्ज़ियां तीन वकीलों ने लगाई हैं. इन याचिकाओं में सुप्रीम कोर्ट से चढ़ावा चोरी की निष्पक्ष और time bound जांच कराने की मांग की गई थी. The Supreme Court has issued a notice to the temple trust in the Ram Temple offering theft case and summoned a state report from the Uttar Pradesh government's Special Investigation Team investigating the matter. A bench headed by Chief Justice Surya Kant heard four petitions related to the matter. These petitions were filed seeking an investigation into the offering theft case. One of these petitions was filed by the Hindu Dharma Parishad. The second petition was filed by RJD MP Sudhakar Singh. The remaining two petitions seeking an investigation into the offering theft case were filed by three lawyers.
