Basically, Blocks 467-469 Sembawang are located at the western edge of Sembawang, near Sembawang River. For Block 469A Sembawang, there are 4 Fujitec lifts - serving 13/16 storeys with Level B1 Carpark. In this video, i'm showcasing Lifts C & D by Fujitec - serving Levels B1 to 13, which mainly allowed them to access to Carpark levels. Last fact, Block 469A Sembawang, it shared the same lift arrangement lobby as Block 467A Sembawang, in terms of only Lifts C & D serving Level B1 carpark.
