Pig Shelter from IBC Tote - DIY for Cheap Effective structure
We found ourselves suddenly raising Kune Kune Pigs and needed a quick cheap and easy to build shelter that is portable. Just starting our farm we are finding that structures need to be portable and replicable as we scale. IBC totes seem to be that solution as they are available and reasonably priced. For us we paid $30 a piece and simply checked on the chemical contained and followed disposal and cleanup cautions. We are going to add flap doors as the weather cools to stop the winter wind. *Music: Lincoln's Beard - Poke Her http://www.lincolnsbeard.com *Sorry about the Audio, the mic was rubbing.
