Zubakovi milijuni leže, radnici Vitezita ne mogu do zarađenih plaća

For years, Vitezit workers have not been able to get their earned wages, even though Vitezit was sold in bankruptcy at an international tender for 10.8 million KM or 5.5 million euros. For three years, the money has been lying in the account because the bankruptcy judge does not allow the payment of arrears of wages and contributions to workers. On the other hand, there have been companies that have judgments from the Supreme Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina stating that they bought Vitezit's property from banks that gave loans to that company, and they pledged explosives production facilities as a mortgage. They did not repay the loans and the banks settled by selling Vitezit's assets. It happened that the bankruptcy administrator and the creditors' committee resold the already adjudicated property at an international tender. A large number of workers fell ill, some are on the verge of poverty and others died without receiving their earned wages. See more in the video.
