In this video, my client came in for a bodywork session to get the pain she was experiencing in her lower back and muscles alleviated. We did the hamstring test for muscle tightness and also to see how her mobility was. After that, we got right to work to help her get her pain relieved. I utilized a combination of graston techniques, massage therapy, and cupping therapy to help fix her issues she was having.
