In this video, I’m doing from-scratch freezer meal prep including: Curry base sauce (batch cooked & frozen) Garlic, ginger & chilli freezer cubes Homemade keema & potato samosas Chicken spring rolls Kebabs Pizza dough (perfect for quick iftars!) This prep helps me focus on worship, family time, and calmer evenings during Ramadan — without worrying about cooking every single day.
