Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) c. Black Pepper c. Salt INGREDIENTS FOR CHICKPEAS "A LA MARINERA" Chickpeas for 2 people 12 Prawns 200 g Steamed Mussels 2 Stalks of Spring Onion (green part) 1 Clove of Garlic 1 Ripe Pear Tomato 1/2 Stalk of Celery 100 ml. White Wine 1 Teaspoon of Wheat Flour 3 Tablespoons of EVOO c. Fish Stock c. Sweet Smoked Paprika c. Salt To can or preserve the chickpeas, you will need glass jars, which you can purchase or reuse from other preserves. It is important to sterilize the jars before use. I recommend using new lids for each preserve.
