This is truly one of the best if not the best Kenny Hill I've tried. I've owned a few and played many. This guitar is suitable for concerts, competitions, auditions, etc. Kenny's guitars are particularly good at bridging the gap between the loud "double-top" sound and the warmth of a traditional guitar, mainly evidenced by the huge timbral range, volume, and sensitive touch. It goes 0-60 in a fraction of a pluck, but sings for ages. It's a 2011 double top (spruce/cedar) with Indian rosewood back and sides that seems to have been played very little. All wood Lattice braced. You'll see that this particular instrument is super warm while keeping that clarity and color contrast of the spruce top. Only damage is a couple of string dings behind the bridge, and some normal surface/nail marks that you could have polished out if you found it absolutely necessary.. Amazing condition for a 2011 concert guitar. Hasn’t been played on much. If you’re looking for a top level instrument this is exactly what you’re looking for.
