In this video, I'll show you how I build a shadow gap frame from beech strips using the PTS 10 circular saw. First, I cut the strips to size, make perfect 45° miter cuts, and then cut rabbets for the back panel of the shadow gap frame into the strips (I keep referring to them as "rabbets" in the video :-). For each step, I'll show you how I optimally adjust my machine and what I pay attention to in order to achieve precise and clean cuts.
