Eddie Montalvo - "¡Con Salsa!"

Interview with veteran conguero Eddie Montalvo talking about his new recording with pianist José Lugo and other musicians from Puerto Rico. Special guest Rubén Blades sings "El hijo del ricachón" written by the legendary Puerto Rican composer Catalino "Tite" Curet Alonso, and arranged by José Lugo. Montalvo also talks about other special guest on the recording including Cheo Feliciano, Papo Lucca, Domingo Quiñones, Rico Walker, Wichy Camacho and others. Interview was conducted at the University of Connecticut Jorgensen Center for the Performing Arts on Saturday, October 1, 2011.
