Before and during the renaissance, Prussia and Holy Roman Empire were really close, and Prussia treasured his little brother more than anything else in the world. So when HRE died, Prussia was the one who took it the hardest. Many, many years later, Prussia is convinced that Germany is the same person as HRE. However Germany, having no memories of being HRE, refuses to listen to Prussia's claims about this. But no matter what, Germany is still his brother, and Prussia is determined to protect him at all costs. ~*~ And a big applause to Nathalie - Nattman, whom has never cosplayed before this video.
