The breading gets really crunchy, while the chicken stays soft and juicy inside 🤤 With yogurt marinade and spices, it tastes almost like real KFC chicken — just homemade and even better 😳 Perfect for a quick dinner, game night or just when you're craving crispy chicken. 💡 Important: Don't put the chicken drumsticks too close together in the basket so they get really crispy! 🔹 Ingredients 🔹 ✔ Chicken drumsticks — 8 pieces Marinade: ✔ Greek yogurt — 250 g ✔ Milk — 200 ml ✔ Salt — 1 tsp ✔ Black pepper — 1 tsp ✔ Garlic powder — 1 tsp ✔ Onion powder — 1 tsp Breading: ✔ Flour — 180–200 g ✔ Smoked paprika powder — 1.5 tsp ✔ Salt — 1 tsp ✔ Black pepper — 1 tsp ✔ Garlic powder — 1 tsp ✔ Onion powder — 1 tsp ✔ Cornstarch — 1 tbsp (optional) Also: ✔ Some oil for spraying 🕒 Cook in the air fryer at 200°C (392°F) for approx. 22–25 minutes. Halfway through the time, turn and spray again with oil. For extra crispy chicken: Another 2 minutes at 205°C (401°F).
