Heavy Sediment Issues with Well Water. Here's how I address the Pump, Tank, and Filter.

We Hydro Fracked the well to increase its natural flow rate & that seems to have multiplied its sediment issues. This video marks the 4th pump in roughly 18 months, 2 previously were from Tractor supply. Even before the Frack they were plugging up pumps with this sandy silt. ( I have alot more information regarding this job now than before when we started all this). So because this is now a free warranty job, I'm going to take every possible precaution to decrease the amount of sediment sent to the submersible pump. This Panty-hoe pump sock trick is something I've seen many times before and it does seem to work. Paired with the pvc pump sleeve & i believe it'll help this particular situation. 99% of jobs wouldn't require something of this nature, but this one does! So I'm sharing this cheap trick incase someone out there may have a similar experience with their well water. The proper fix would be to blow the well out (air lift). But as in every aspect of life, that costs money & the customer cannot afford that at this time. I've explained that if this happens again, that'll be the route we have to take before we stick another "new" pump in this Well. Crazy to think its worked fine for 25+ years! Until recently...
