It is a type of spray irrigation technology. Rain Pipe comes with “Do It Yourself Kit”. No professional is required to install the kit. The kit contains all the parts required for rain irrigation for a given area. Rain pipe system is an affordable irrigation technology. It is a flexible pipe with a pattern of drip holes. It is easy to install and maintain. This system comprises of drip holes made with Nano punching technology so that there is a uniform flow of water. It is suitable for closely spaced crops, Vegetable Crops like onion, leafy vegetables, groundnut, potato, tomato et cetra. When this system is placed on the ground, the water through it moves upward into the air and then falls in the form of rain droplets on leaves to irrigate them. And when the rain pipe irrigation is used under the mulch film, spray pores are further away from the center line for low angle spray. Plants can grow outward from the holes on the mulch film. This system which is used under the mulch film is kept in line with planting lines close to the crops. To irrigate under the protective cover, the water discharged from the pores, flows to the roots directly. And while doing this, we can also apply liquid fertilizer at the same time if the need arises, which can be applied at the same time if necessary. With this way of irrigation, we can obtain faster watering rate through drip irrigation. The other advantage of using this system is that its holes are less clogging, needs only very low water pressure to work, sometimes it doesn't even need an electric power or any kind of energy in a small area irrigation by putting a 50 gallon tank up on a 2 meter high rack as the water supply. Rain-pipe is substitute option for sprinkler irrigation which sprays same quantity of water to crops. Rain-pipe has zig-zag & randomly punched holes by laser system which results best water sprouts performance in this category. Rain-pipe is easy to assemble and also easy to relocate.
