This video describes the approximate route of the disused Bishop Auckland to Ferryhill railway line. Part 2 of the walking route travels back in time along part of the route, from where it leaves the Auckland Way path and continues through Spennymoor Town Centre until it reaches the underpass at the A688 dual carriageway.
