When tightening bolts, go in order from 1 up on the diagrams. Valve Cover Torque Specs: 9-26 in lbs first pass - 60-83 in lbs second pass Lower plenum torque specs: Pass #1 40in lbs - Pass #2 80 in lbs - Pass #3 110-120 in lbs Upper Manifold torque specs: Same as lower plenum
