How to DIY Fix Broken Bowflex® SelectTech® 552 & 1090 Dumbbell Bases for Under $20

Don't throw out that broken Bowflex SelectTech dumbbell base. More often than not, it can be fixed for a fraction of the cost of replacement. If you're on a budget, a buck is a buck, right? And, if you're like me, and you just don't like throwing out equipment when it can be repaired, then this is a video for you. I use a 552 base for the video, but everything in the video applies to the 1090 base as well.
